Publication of official mortgage market reference rates – EURIBOR, MIBOR and IRR on government bonds with two to six year maturities traded in the secondary market. The aforementioned rates only become official upon publication in the Spanish official gazette.

The remaining official mortgage market reference rates (savings banks’ reference lending rate – CECA indicator – and average rates of mortgage loans at over three years for house purchase applied by banks, savings banks and both types of institutions) will be updated as of 18 January on table 19.1 of the Statistical Bulletin.
